Who We’re Looking For

black-board

Our tutors are dynamic, engaging individuals who are able to connect with today’s student—in other words, “nothing short of inspirational.” They are also consummate professionals—intelligent, polished, versatile, and multitalented with diverse interests, including a passion for teaching.

Prior experience tutoring standardized tests is not required, as we provide all of our tutors with a complete, in-depth training program. We are looking for tutors who will be with us for at least one year and ideally beyond. Prospective tutors must have time on at least one weekend day to tutor and a willingness to travel to families’ homes to meet with students.

Many of our most successful tutors have remained well-rounded through their rigorous academic backgrounds and bring their own unique skills and personalities to the position. Our tutors have interests and skills as wide-ranging and varied as the students we tutor!

Graduate students appreciate the flexibility we have to offer (all of our tutors control their own schedules), and professionals in other fields find us to be an ideal part-time job to supplement their income.

At Inspirica, we have established ourselves as industry leaders of in-home tutoring and test preparation services. As our reputation grows and demand for our services increases, we seek highly qualified individuals for part-time, one-on-one tutoring positions to continue to provide the high level of service we’ve become known for, for more than 32 years. To apply, please submit a cover letter and résumé to your local Inspirica team (majobs@inspirica.com, phillytutoring@inspirica.com, nyjobs@inspirica.com).
